Raised in
the Carolinas, Rick and Jim Maple are co-owners of Maple Homes
Inc., with more than 30 years in the construction industry
between them. They started the company with a dream of being
a local builder, building high quality homes at very
affordable prices. Located in Charlotte, they are personally
involved with every project, from the ground up.
From the
beginning, the goal of Maple Homes Inc. has been to add the
personal touches to their homes as well as the home buying
experience that many of the larger builders cannot offer.
They are there throughout the construction process, all the
way to the closing table. Making the customer feel like all
their needs are being met and that the builder is available
for them, is one of their main aspirations.
